Bodegas Verde is a practicing organic winery and takes careful measures in their practices to be environmentally friendly. This 100% Macabeo goes through 6 hours of cold maceration and is then fermented in tanks for 20 days. The resulting wine is pale yellow color with green fruit aromas and subtle florality on the finish. Pair this with aged gouda and a sunny day!
